DavidsonJ’s inspired Spiced Rum is a superbly balanced and rich spiced rum. On the nose sweet anise and orange fall into a deep sea of spiced nutmeg and cinnamon. First to palate are creamy vanilla and chocolate, followed by rich raisin, cracked caramel and “mum’s mouth-coating fruity Christmas cake”. Works miracles with ginger ale.
